        The fasilittave model consists of few basic interpersonal concepts and related skills. this model has envolved over the tears, as proctitioners have helped makle it a pratical and  feasible model from which the work. Although it may appear similar what other have presented (e.g, Carkhuff, 1983, 1993, Eagan, 1975, Ivey & Sime Downing, 1980, Wittmer & Myrick, 1989), examination will show that the model is a unique package of selected concepts and skill that are systematically organizied linked together.
